Join Chef Naomi on an impressive culinary journey to Italy. Drawing upon her vast expertise in all things Italian, she will show you how to create a traditional plate of classic rustic fare.
Rustic Italian cuisine is meant to be gorgeous to look at and will warm you up with the taste of fresh and classic ingredients. Chef Naomi will show you how easy it can be to make an enchanting dish that consists of authentic Italian fare, such as an appetizer of mouthwatering caprese salad, gratifying risotto that is simple to prepare once you learn the proper techniques, and of course, a classic, yet absolutely scrumptious, Italian dessert. It can be easier than you imagine when Chef Naomi leads the way.
Guests are welcome to bring or provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Naomi was friendly, fun, and a wonderful teacher. I bought this class as a gift for my mother, who is vegan. (I'm very not vegan) I didn't expect much from vegan sushi, but I couldn't have been more wrong . Naomi guided us in making absolutely delicious sushi, miso soup, and quick pickled veggies. I'm an avowed meat eater and sushi lover, so you better believe it was great! Mom said this was the best birthday present I've given her. Thanks Naomi! We'll be back!

Naomi was helpful and kind and her home was clean and comfortable. We left with a practical recipe I know I’ll make again.
My mom and I had a wonderful time with Naomi! She was a superb teacher and we both learned a lot.

Chef Naomi’s class was an absolute joy. I left feeling 100% confident that I would use the skills and recipe again in the future because of how practical and accessible the instruction was. I loved hearing stories about her family cooking and sharing meals together and felt that, rather than being instructed, I was learning while making valuable memories myself. I hope you take her class and feel equally fulfilled and inspired. What a treat!!!

Chef Naomi is nothing short of amazing! She provided a wonderful and easy-to-follow cooking lesson. Not only did she instruct us on how to prepare the meal together, she also shared a wealth of knowledge about knife skills and useful cooking techniques. Naomi has a lovely personality to work with and it is clear that she is very passionate about cooking and helping others. What a fun evening! I would highly recommend Naomi.

Chef Naomi taught me, along with a group, how to prepare vegan spring rolls. She was patient and attentive. She worked with us each individually to prepare our veggies safely and efficiently. I would highly recommend this class to others.

I spent a wonderful evening with Chef Naomi, learning to make delicious vegan spring rolls. Not only did I learn how to prepare them and the peanut sauce, I also learned some valuable knife skills! I am not a good cook in the slightest, but her friendliness and positivity made me feel relaxed and more confident in the kitchen.
